As we continue our work to understand “Where Are the Workers,” the Fund for Our Economic Future, Team NEO and PolicyBridge have launched a survey designed to gather the experiences of employers across Northeast Ohio since the beginning of the pandemic.
We’re joining partners across the region to ask businesses to participate in our Regional Employer Survey. If you are a business owner, hiring manager, human resources professional or other leader tasked with finding and retaining talent in Northeast Ohio, we want to hear from you.
This brief, anonymous survey should take around 12 minutes to complete. Your response will help us understand how talent recruitment and retention has evolved since COVID first disrupted businesses in early 2020 as well as how employers are working to adapt to the changing labor market. The aggregated data resulting from this survey inform follow-up employer roundtable discussions across the region and will also guide the content of our working-age adult survey. Ultimately, we hope this information helps inform businesses’ actions as we all work to close the talent gap.
At the end of the survey, you can opt-in to receive results from the regional analysis, designed to help inform go-forward talent attraction and retention practices. Thank you in advance. Results from this survey will provide critical information for businesses and workers across Northeast Ohio.
As we close out this year and look to the future, we hope you’ll take a few minutes to reflect on and share the talent landscape from your perspective. About Where Are the Workers
