Meet the Fund’s New Economic Recovery Corps Fellow

by | Feb 6, 2024

The Fund for Our Economic Future (Fund) is thrilled to introduce George D. Williams II, the Economic Recovery Corps (ERC) Fellow matched with the Fund to support the development of equitable housing, transportation, and land use plans alongside long-term industrial development planning.

With over 500 host applications, the Fund was selected to participate in the first ERC cohort alongside 65 other host sites and fellows leading innovative projects. Officially starting in February 2024, the 65 ERC Fellows and Hosts will form a nationwide network of diverse practitioners and leaders with the passion, skills, and vision to advance new ways of doing economic development that promote transformative change and lead to a more just, equitable, and sustainable economy for all.

George will be living, working and lending his expertise to our work for the next 2.5 years. Please join us in giving him a warm welcome to Northeast Ohio and to the Fund!
