Laura: All sorts of good stuff. And I can’t say that we have definitive answers here because there is so much data. I think they preliminary [00:02:00] findings alone filled 160 pages from the fund for economic future. And this was a survey of nearly 5,000 working adults across 11 counties in Northeast Ohio. And basically it shows that the great resignation is far from over one in five workers in Northeast, Ohio are still thinking of quitting in the next year, maybe in part, because they don’t like being in the office. That’s one of the reasons people were giving for why they were not happy with their jobs. There’s all sorts of data in here. It’s going to take a long time to get through and really sorted out.
