Jacquelyn Reineke is a strategic marketing and communications specialist with over a decade of experience elevating missions and leveraging brands. She started her career in political communications and media relations with the Office of the Illinois Governor and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. In 2018, Jacquelyn joined the Financial Health Network and spent the next four years building the organization’s brand to advocate for economic opportunity and financial equity nationwide. She started her own communications business in 2023 to further scale her work in advocacy communications with a focus on economic development and policy.

Jacquelyn grew up in Tiffin, Ohio and spent the better half of a decade in Chicago before relocating to the great City of Cleveland. She earned a master’s in public policy from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s from Xavier University. She loves traveling, gardening, and spending the day on the shores of Lake Erie.

George D. Williams II is the Fund’s Economic Recovery Corps (ERC) Fellow. His role is to support work on equitable housing development, transportation, land use plans, and long-term industrial development planning.

He has worked for several organizations and entities, including the White House, the Clinton Foundation, the Markham Group, and various US cabinet secretaries, governors, members of Congress, and other elected officials, candidates, and organizations. He founded and led Diversity Global Institutes, an international education organization that provides access to impact-driven university-level course content to historically underserved groups and disadvantaged students in purposefully selected global destinations. Additionally, he is a Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States as part of its Transatlantic Inclusion Leaders Network.

George, a Laureate Scholar at Howard University, has a diverse range of interests. His academic pursuits in political science and diplomatic interpretation are complemented by his passion for reading, learning about other cultures and languages. He divides his time between his home bases in Lisbon, Portugal; Washington, DC; and Puerto Rico, enriching his understanding of different environments.
